About the Sound Baths

The Soul Connection Sound Bath is a spiritually deepening sound therapy utilizing ancient mantras and uplifting instruments.
After a short guided meditation, Facilitator Joel Crisp will take you on a journey with singing bowls, Buddhist mantra songs, and overtone chanting. A highlight is when Joel sings “The 21 Praises of Arya Tara” in Sanskrit.

The Acu Sound Bath is a combination of sound healing and community style acupuncture (primarily in ears, hands and/or feet). Most people find it deeply relaxing. Receive this offering from Miles Thomas and Julie Lively in the Moving Lively loft space.

The Sunday Sanctuary Sound Bath is a special Sunday morning offering.  Sound Baths provide a gentle and soothing full-body listening experience.  Miles Thomas and Julie Lively will lead you through a relaxing immersion of sound waves with a gong, crystal bowls and other small instruments.

Pre-registration is highly recommended. Entry at door with cash is available, if event is not sold out.
